Below is FIRDUO's warranty policy and procedures. Should you have any issues with your purchase from us, or need assistance with handling warranty, repairs, or replacements, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.

FIRDUO WARRANTY ON ELECTRIC JET BODYBOARDS

Scope of Warranty Service

1. The FIRDUO bodyboard is tested by the manufacturer for non-human quality problems according to the national “Three Guarantees” policy. Products under warranty conditions provide free repair, exchange and return services (Limited to products purchase and use in mainland China). Warranty service is provided free of charge except for shipping costs.

2. The FIRDUO Electric Jet Bodyboard Warranty Timeframes

  • Bodyboard - 12 months from date of purchase

  • Battery - 6 months from date of purchase

Warranty Exceptions

All cases and items listed below are not covered by this warranty

  1. The product was purchased over timeframes listed above.

  2. Easly damaged parts such as shell, battery compartment buckle, battery handle, etc.

  3. Failure to charge the battery after extended periods of time, or over-discharging the battery to "0%"

  4. Any damage caused by violating guidelines and instructions.

  5. Any unauthorized disassembly and repairs.

  6. Any aggressive or careless use, such as fall impact, severe oxidation from not rinsing down after use, etc.

  7. Any damage caused by fire, erosion, freezing, earthquake and other extreme conditions or force majeure.

  8. Failure or damage caused by other non-product design, technology, and quality.

Product Repair Service Policy

  1. For any cases not covered by warranty, after-sales service stations and sometimes dealers offer repair service, but all the costs will be paid by users.

  2. Users can call FIRDUO's service phone (+86 0756-3630776) for after-sales assistance, or directly contact the dealer where the product was purchased to get after-sales service.

  3. Three (3) days after the damaged product has been received, a fault analysis and estimated repair time will be sent to the customer.

  4. After the customer agrees on the cause of the fault, fault responsibility, maintenance cost and maintenance completion time, FIRDUO or dealer will begin repairs.
