This page outlines the shipping policy that applies to customers that make purchase(s) at https://underwaterscooterpros.com/. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate $10 Shipping - Orders under $100
  • Free Shipping - Orders over $100

Order Processing Times

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are generally processed within 1-4 days but may vary pending inventory, holidays, weather, and *fraud processing times. All order processing and shipping timeframes listed on our website DO NOT include major holidays. For instance, orders placed at the end of December often don't ship until early January.

If an item happens to be out of stock but not listed as such on our site, we will inform you of the processing time that should be expected before your order is fulfilled.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Friday may begin this process the same day. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CST, may not ship up to and as late as Tuesday the following week.

If the processing time exceeds this time frame, we will email you. If your purchase happens to be on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out via email to inquire whether or not you wish to wait or void your order and payment.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Typically, most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving the order.

*We utilize credit card fraud review services. If your order shows symptoms of a potentially fraudulent order, it may enter an extensive manual review to determine legitimacy. Depending on the severity or number of flags, the processing time for your order may increase by one (1) or more days with the potential of being cancelled.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item(s) have shipped, we will email a tracking number to you. You can enter that number into a Google search bar for automatic tracking, or you may also track your order using this global tracking site: https://17track.net/en

Delivery Addresses

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states within the U.S. We do not generally ship internationally, and we do not typically ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses, but exceptions can be made. If you wish to order outside the continental U.S., please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping, landing fees, and other miscellaneous taxes. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out or read the below International Orders and Importing Responsibilities section.

Due to the inherent size of underwater scooters, we do NOT ship to PO boxes. We can ship smaller accessories to PO boxes.

Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout. Underwater Scooter Pros cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout.

We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been placed, as the address information you enter is used as part of fraud prevention. We may ask you to change your shipping address if this is the case. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. 

The shipping address you enter on our web page takes precedence over addresses listed in the order comments or entered in PayPal. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment. 

If an address is used that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Our shipping offers, i.e., flat rate shipping price and free shipping policy do not apply for re-shipments due to improperly provided addresses, shipping information, etc. We will utilize standard rates and charge accordingly. Additional charges may apply if the item is shipped back to due to a failed delivery.

If you are using or plan to use a forwarding service such as ARAMEX or Forward2Me to receive your purchase, we are only responsible for the product and shipping to that forwarding address. Once your order is received by the forwarding service at the address used, we no longer have control of what happens to your order and are not responsible for mishandling, damage, or loss incurred.

International Orders and Importing Responsibilities

If you plan to request to make an order to ship internationally, please note that you as the customer are bearing all importing taxes, fees, procedures, and any other requirements, regulations, or laws that your country's customs office imposes on you as the importer.

As the shipping party, we are not the importer, and by placing internationally shipped orders you agree that we will not be held liable for any shipping, customs, damage, or other miscellaneous fees you incur.

Shipping Times and Flat Rate Exceptions

Depending on where you are in the U.S. the transit time for most products is 3-12 days. Delivery times may vary based on destination, where the product is stocked, weather conditions, product or order size, and weight. 

To reduce environmental impact, lower costs for you, and ensure faster delivery, we ship orders from the closest warehouse where your purchased product is in stock. Please note that inventory is not always available at our corporate office in Pensacola, FL.

We offer a flat rate shipping price of $10.00 on all orders under $100, and FREE shipping on orders over $100. Due to increased shipping rates, there are and can be exceptions* to our flat rate and free shipping offer.

  • SPRY SZN & Underwater Scooter Pros Merchandise: Times vary on the item, but you can expect your item to arrive anywhere from 2-21 days after your order has been processed. Please note, all SPRY SZN and Underwater Scooter Pros merchandise is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

  • Aura Kayaking: 7-14 days via Door-to-Door Freight or Local Pickup in Pensacola, FL, or Local Delivery within 60-mile radius of Pensacola, FL.

  • AQUABOOST: 7 - 14 days via USPS/FedEx/UPS

  • Aqua Marina: 2-7 business days via FedEx/UPS

  • Asiwo/Hyper GoGo: 2-7 business days via FedEx/UPS

  • Catz Design: 5 business days to manufacture & 5-7 business days via USPS | Can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for flat rate of $15 via USPS
