KAHE Underwater Scooters Warranty Policy

Below is Kahe Nautic's warranty policy and procedures. Should you have any issues with your purchase from us, or need assistance with handling warranty, repairs, or replacements, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US.

Warranty Coverage KAHE Underwater Scooters

The warranty period for KAHE underwater jets is valid for two (2) years from the date of the original purchase and is valid provided the product is only used in accordance with published guidelines from Kahe Nautic, including the product’s user manuals and technical specifications as outlined below:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the equipment, it is strictly limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective or non-compliant after inspection by Kahe Nautic.

The product or parts under warranty must be returned by the buyer to their distributor of the brand or to Kahe's workshops, at the buyer's expense and risk, accompanied by a letter explaining the breakdown as well as the purchase invoice.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the legal rights of consumers applicable under the French legislation in force.

What is Not Covered by the KAHE Underwater Scooter Warranty Policy

  • Use of the propulsion that does not comply with what it is intended for (nautical practice on a canoe, kayak, surfboard or stand-up paddle boat)

  • Non-compliance with the instructions for use and precautions for use, as described in the product's user manual

  • External elements or poor treatment inflicted on the equipment: fall, shock, accident, vandalism, etc.

  • Lack of maintenance or care that does not comply with the operations described in the product's manual.

  • Repair, intervention, or a modification carried out by unauthorized persons or entities not recognized or authorized by the brand.

  • Normal wear of the various components of the product: propeller, bearings, sacrificial anode (propeller warhead), decrease in battery performance over time, etc.

  • Use or intended use of the product in a rental or professional application.
