What if I accidentally lose grip of my Sublue VAPOR underwater scooter?
In the event you lose your grip, your Sublue VAPOR underwater scooter will automatically shut off. It does feature "micro-positive" buoyancy and will float to the surface in time.
It is ALWAYS recommended to operate the Sublue VAPOR with the safety leash that it comes with or with an appropriate tow harness and tow line.
Why does my Sublue VAPOR slow down when operated out of the water?
Underwater scooters are not designed to operate outside of the water as the motor relies on water contact for cooling to prevent overheating. For safety reasons, the Sublue VAPOR will reduce its speed after five (5) seconds of running the motor outside of the water.
How deep under the water can I safely take the Sublue VAPOR Underwater Scooter?
The max rated depth for safe operation of the Sublue VAPOR is 130 feet | 40 meters.
Can you set the Sublue VAPOR depth warning and depth change alerts?
Yes, you can set the depth warning value according to your dive plan with the Sublue VAPOR. When reaching the actual depth of the set warning value, the VAPOR's motor will stop running until it returns to a depth that doesn't exceed the warning value.
The motor will also stop running when the depth change rate exceeds the set value to avoid the user from increasing the risk of injury due to excessive depth change rates.
How do I appropriately care for my Sublue VAPOR Underwater Scooter after use?
The steps to properly maintain your Sublue VAPOR after use are as follows:
1. Rinse your Sublue VAPOR with clean water to remove any dirt or debris. You can also use a sponge or soft cloth to wipe to assist with this. 2. After ensuring your Sublue VAPOR is clean from salt, sand, or other debris, you will need to shake it to remove as much residual water as possible. 3. Wipe your Sublue VAPOR dry with a soft cloth.
Additional Tips and Notes:
1. Do NOT remove the battery during cleaning. 2. A small amount of water will trickle out of your Sublue VAPOR after cleaning. This is normal. 3. Your Sublue VAPOR will incur scratches if you use abrasive or sharp objects to wipe it. 4. After cleaning and drying, you must remove your Sublue VAPOR's battery as soon as possible to prevent any unnecessary battery discharge prior to storage. It is recommended to also use a soft cloth to wipe the external surface of the battery. 5. After cleaning, place the battery in a cool and ventilated place to dry. Do NOT use hair dryers, other equipment, or place it in the sun to dry.
How can I extend the Sublue VAPOR's battery life?
1. Take out the battery and store it in a cool and ventilated place separately. 2. Do not charge the battery below 0°C or 32°F 3. During transportation, keep the battery at about 30% 4. If you are stowing your battery for an extended period of time, it is recommended to check the battery and charge it at least every three (3) months to prevent over discharging.

Warranty Coverage for the Sublue Vapor Underwater Scooter
The warranty period for each part of the VAPOR is as follows:
Main Unit: Includes the float boat, screen, main unit body, handlebar and handlebar support, wiring, and screws – covered for 24 months.
Motor: Covered for 24 months or 200 hours of usage.
Battery and Charger: Covered for 12 months.
How to Claim Warranty:
If you believe your device is defective (for example, if it is unable to turn on), please reach out to the customer service team at support.us@sublue.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Sublue will guide you through the next steps.

Service Fees: In certain regions, a service fee of up to 20% of the order price may apply for warranty claims. Please contact customer service for specific details.
Evidence: Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the issue occurred within the warranty period. Please keep your original purchase receipt and the product’s serial number to validate your warranty.
Replacement Products: If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement item does not renew the 1-year warranty period.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Wear and Tear: Cosmetic changes, such as scratches or scuffs, due to regular wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, are not covered under the warranty.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. This means new, unopened, unused, not assembled, and items in their original packaging, ready for resale, and the return initiated within 30 days of your order being delivered.
This includes all cords, accessories, documentation, etc. that were included. An unaltered receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns.
NOTE - We do have exceptions to what products can be returned and which items will incur restocking or restoring fees. See the list of non-returnable items and the list of brands with restocking fees and the criteria for those fees further below.
2. To initiate a return, please email us with the order information and intent of return within 30 days of your order's delivery date. A member from our team will respond with a Return Authorization Form within 1 - 3 business days. Once you have received that form, it must be filled out, signed, and returned. It also must be included with your return inside the package.
*There may be other requirements for your return that may vary based on product.
**NOTE - We do not pay for return shipping, and we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier used. We always recommend making sure you receive tracking information for your return. Return shipping should be insured and is non-refundable. If you do not insure the item, you incur the risk of a lost shipment or any other shipping issues. **If your return is because of an error of ours, you will not be responsible for return shipping.
3. Return processing times may vary based on designated location of return. Your return will be inspected prior to refund.
*If your return is approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days, minus any credit card payment processing, fraud verification fees, and taxes paid that Underwater Scooter Pros incurred at the time of the original purchase. These fees/rates vary depending on which payment method was used and are taken from the total price paid after shipping, taxes, or any other additional fees at the time of your original purchase.
All refunds are applied to the same form of payment that was used in the original transaction. They are applied to the same credit or debit card used. Please be aware that it can take time to receive your refund due to your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us right away.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
The refund was requested beyond 30 calendar days following the day of delivery.
The order was shipped outside of the United States or Internationally. We do NOT accept returns for international orders.
Product packaging was opened before return. *Exceptions and the restocking/restoring fees associated with this are listed below.
A decision to return a product after use, not relating to the product's quality, i.e., the buyer decides they do not want, or the buyer used or attempted to use the product in a way that it was not designed for.
The product was returned before it was accepted to be shipped back. *Orders returned without prior authorization are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
The product does not arrive to the documented place of return. For example, lost in shipment, sent to wrong address, or not actually shipped.
The product that has been returned does not match the original product shipped to the customer as documented. *Shipments of our mistake do not apply to this.
The product has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
The product being returned has been used.
The product was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
The product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or if any item is not in new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents or scratches.
The product bundle was only partially returned. Purchased pairs and bundles may only be returned as a complete bundle. Partial returns of pairs and bundles are not permitted.
Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been altered, forged, or tampered with.
Any product fault or damage that has been caused by unauthorized use, assembly, or modification of the product that does not follow the guidelines set for in user manuals or the like.
Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

Asiwo and Hyper GoGo - In the event we are out of stock of a specific Asiwo Manta model, we may reach out to confirm that you are okay with a Hyper GoGo Manta. If confirmed and/or we do not receive an objection, you will receive a Hyper GoGo branded scooter in which is NOT justification for a refund/return.
Catz Design Custom Mounts - Sales on these products are FINAL. These are custom made to the customer's request and are non-refundable once delivered. If there are obvious signs of package damage, please do not accept delivery. Review the Catz Design Warranty for inquiries regarding eligible replacement.
Digital Gift Cards - Our eGift Cards are non-refundable.

RESTOCKING, RESTORING, AND FEES
Per this 30-Day Return Policy, we generally do not accept opened package returns or used product returns. However, we understand that unique situations may arise. At our sole discretion, we may consider accepting returns for items that have been opened but remain in otherwise new and resalable condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee. This discretion allows us to accommodate our customers in specific circumstances while covering our costs.
This fee will be a percentage of the total price paid, to include shipping, taxes, and any additional fees that were included in your original purchase. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
*All refused/rejected or cancelled orders after shipment and orders returned without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping fees.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If at the receipt of your order, the product is damaged (to include concealed damage), defective, or missing pieces, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt. Individual manufacturers and their policies may differ on damages.
In all cases, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) for damage and missing parts immediately at receipt and before the carrier leaves. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. When you sign the delivery form, you are releasing the shipping carrier of all liability and stating that you received your package in good condition and with all parts included.
In any circumstance where there is extensive damage to the package, reject the delivery and contact us immediately. If damages are reported after the shipping carrier leaves, it can be difficult to recover any losses from what is reported.
Carriers recommend claims to be initiated right away to avoid discrepancies or missing the opportunity to claim based on required claims time frames. For these claims, reach out immediately so we can assist. You shall save the shipping container and take photos of the damaged container, and the product as received.
If an address is used that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Our shipping offers, i.e., flat rate shipping price and free shipping policy do not apply for re-shipments due to improperly provided addresses, shipping information, etc. We will utilize standard rates and charge accordingly. Additional charges may apply if the item is shipped back to due to a failed delivery.
**If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing pieces, DO NOT USE IT. Failure to follow these instructions could result in our inability to help you resolve the issue without loss to you.**

The most expedient way to get your product exchanged would be to return the item and purchase again. Contact us if there are any questions regarding this.
WARRANTIES
Most of our brands have a warranty offered that can be activated through them. We are more than happy to assist with this or any issues that may arise. Some brands will allow activation and/or purchase of their offered warranty through their respective sites. We will place warranty information on product pages for products where warranties are applicable.
If you find that there is a defect or damage during operation or use of your purchased products, we will work with you and in all cases, follow the steps provided to us in accordance with our vendors' warranty procedures. In most cases, the first course of action will be to have the product repaired. If that cannot be accomplished or is not feasible, replacement may follow.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. If the decision has been made to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of having placed the order. Terms and fees apply to cancellations. Cancelled orders are only accepted via email to us at info@underwaterscooterpros.com
If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, you will be responsible for actual shipping costs, a 20% restocking fee, and any other shipping fees from us to you and back to the returns address provided. You will also be liable for the payment processing fees, fraud verification service fees incurred from 2.9% to 5.9% + 0.39% and any taxes paid, based on the processing fee we incurred from the total order amount. Payment processing fees vary based on the payment option used at time of purchase.
Additional restocking fees may also be assessed and will vary based on brand and product. Please refer to the Restocking & Restoring Fees section above. These fees will be taken from the total refund price.

Order Processing Times
As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are generally processed within 1-4 days but may vary pending inventory, holidays, weather, and *fraud processing times. All order processing and shipping timeframes listed on our website DO NOT include major holidays. For instance, orders placed at the end of December often don't ship until early January.
If an item happens to be out of stock but not listed as such on our site, we will inform you of the processing time that should be expected before your order is fulfilled.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Friday may begin this process the same day. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CST, may not ship up to and as late as Tuesday the following week.
If the processing time exceeds this time frame, we will email you. If your purchase happens to be on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out via email to inquire whether or not you wish to wait or void your order and payment.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Typically, most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving the order.

Due to the inherent size of underwater scooters, we do NOT ship to PO boxes. We can ship smaller accessories to PO boxes.
Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout.Underwater Scooter Pros cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout.
We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been placed, as the address information you enter is used as part of fraud prevention. We may ask you to change your shipping address if this is the case. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used.
The shipping address you enter on our web page takes precedence over addresses listed in the order comments or entered in PayPal. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment.
If an address is used that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Our shipping offers, i.e., flat rate shipping price and free shipping policy do not apply for re-shipments due to improperly provided addresses, shipping information, etc. We will utilize standard rates and charge accordingly. Additional charges may apply if the item is shipped back to due to a failed delivery.
If you are using or plan to use a forwarding service such as ARAMEX or Forward2Me to receive your purchase, we are only responsible for the product and shipping to that forwarding address. Once your order is received by the forwarding service at the address used, we no longer have control of what happens to your order and are not responsible for mishandling, damage, or loss incurred.
Shipping Times and Flat Rate Exceptions
Depending on where you are in the U.S. the transit time for most products is 3-12 days. Delivery times may vary based on destination, where the product is stocked, weather conditions, product or order size, and weight.
To reduce environmental impact, lower costs for you, and ensure faster delivery, we ship orders from the closest warehouse where your purchased product is in stock.Please note that inventory is not always available at our corporate office in Pensacola, FL.
We offer a flat rate shipping price of $10.00 on all orders under $100, and FREE shipping on orders over $100.Due to increased shipping rates, there are and can be exceptions* to our flat rate and free shipping offer.
